Effective date: July 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Cadence Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as "Jamzli" ("Jamzli," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Jamzli mobile app (the "App"). Jamzli is a concert-companion app for live-music fans.
The short version.
This Policy applies to users in the United States. The App is currently offered only in the United States and is not directed to or intended for users outside the U.S.
We collect only what the App needs to work. Most data is created by you when you take an action in the App.
If you use the friend-matching feature, the App reads the phone numbers and email addresses in your device contacts on your device, converts them into one-way cryptographic codes (hashes), and sends only those codes to check whether any match other Jamzli users. Your actual contacts are never sent to us or stored by us. If you search for a friend by username or email address, that single term is sent to perform that one search.
If you choose to add photos to a show, the App accesses photos you select from your photo library. You may also use your camera to take a photo or to scan a sticker-trade code. We store the photos you choose to attach to your shows.
When you tap "I'm here" at a live show, the App takes a single location reading (or reads the location embedded in a photo you choose) to verify that you are at the venue. We store only the result of that check and the time it happened — not your coordinates. That presence check is the only thing photo locations are used for — the App does not use your photos' locations for anything else. We do not access your location in the background and do not use your location to track you.
If you choose to join a waitlist for future printed cards, we record your interest together with an email address so we can notify you. This feature is optional.
If you allow notifications, we store a push token for your device (an identifier issued by Apple and Expo that lets us deliver notifications to your phone) and your notification preferences (which kinds of notifications you want). We use them only to send the notifications described in the App: reminders about your own shows, friend activity, sticker drops, and the occasional announcement about the App itself. You can choose which kinds reach you in the App under Profile → Notifications, or turn notifications off entirely in your device's Settings. Deleting your account deletes your push tokens and preferences.
We do not collect your phone number, payment information, advertising identifiers, background location, browsing history across other apps or websites, or health data. We do not upload your raw contacts, and we do not use any third-party advertising or tracking software. Because we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, the App does not show Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
We use the information above to:
Most of your content is private to you by default, including your notes, ratings, photos, and cards. Some information is visible to others by design:
Jamzli has no public profiles and no in-app messaging. Friend search is an exact-match lookup by username or email address — not a browsable directory.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under U.S. state privacy laws. We do not show ads and do not use your information for advertising. Because we do not sell or share personal information, opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control do not apply to us.
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the App, and only as needed for them to provide their services to us:
We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to lawful requests or legal process, to protect the rights, property, or safety of Jamzli, our users, or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Policy).
To show you setlists, song catalogs, recordings, and show listings, our servers query third-party music-community data sources, including Ticketmaster, setlist.fm, Phish.net, Songfish community sites (such as elgoose.net, kglw.net, thecarton.net, go-set.net, and allthings.umphreys.com), billybase.net, and Relisten.net. These queries are about artists, dates, and shows — we do not send your personal information to these sources. When you tap a ticket link, you are taken to the ticketing provider's own website, which is governed by that provider's privacy policy.
Your information is stored by Supabase in the United States.
Photos you add to your shows and the card images the App generates are stored in our cloud storage. At this time, these image files are served from web links that are accessible to anyone who has the link. Photos are re-encoded when you upload them, which removes embedded photo metadata (such as the location or time a photo was taken). We do not publish these links, but you should not add a photo you would not want accessible by link. We are improving how these images are stored.
Because Jamzli is a keepsake product, your content does not automatically expire — we keep it so your deck stays intact for as long as your account exists. Cached third-party data is automatically deleted after about 30 days. You can delete your content and your account at any time (see Section 8), and doing so removes your data from our active systems.
A note about browsing before you create an account: if you use the App before creating an account and you lose, reset, or wipe your device, the activity tied to your temporary account ID cannot be recovered by anyone, including us. Creating an account with your email address is how you keep durable access to your account — you can then sign back in on any device with that same email.
To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to us, California residents may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access or delete it, to correct it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising, so there is no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" action to take. To make a request, contact us at privacy@jamzli.com. We will verify your request through your account (for example, by confirming access to your account email) before acting on it.
Residents of certain other U.S. states may have similar rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. You may exercise any such rights by contacting us at privacy@jamzli.com.
Jamzli is intended for users 13 years of age and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us at privacy@jamzli.com and we will delete it.
We protect your information using industry-standard measures, including encryption of data in transit and at rest through our cloud provider, row-level access controls on our database, conversion of contact phone numbers and email addresses into one-way codes on your device, and storage of your login session in your device's secure keychain. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and limit what we collect.
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
