Jamzli Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: July 9, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the Jamzli Terms of Service and applies to everything you submit or do in the Jamzli app (the "App"), operated by Cadence Holdings LLC d/b/a Jamzli. By using the App you agree to follow this AUP.

This AUP applies to all content and conduct, including the parts of Jamzli that other people can see or that affect other users — for example community setlists, song confirmations and votes, free-typed song entries, the "from" name on a sticker trade, attendee names you add, and your display name and avatar.

1. Content you may not submit

Do not submit, post, or share content that:

• is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
• infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights, or that you do not have the right to share;
• sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material; we remove it, terminate the account, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and law enforcement as required by law;
• is sexually explicit or pornographic;
• is hateful, or harasses, threatens, bullies, defames, or incites violence against any person or group;
• is violent or graphic, or glorifies self-harm, suicide, or violence;
• impersonates another person or organization, or misrepresents your identity or affiliation;
• is false or deliberately misleading, including knowingly false setlist or song data submitted to corrupt the community record;
• discloses another person's private information without permission;
• is spam, a scam, or unsolicited promotion; or
• contains malware or anything designed to harm or disrupt the App or its users.

2. Conduct that is not allowed

Do not:

• harass, abuse, or threaten other users, or evade a block;
• manipulate community features — for example, by submitting fake setlists or votes, abusing sticker trades, or rigging in-App outcomes;
• upload contact data or other people's personal information for any purpose other than the friend-matching feature as intended;
• attempt to bypass or defeat security, rate limits, or access controls, or access accounts or data that are not yours;
• scrape, harvest, reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the App or its data, except as expressly permitted;
• use automated means (bots, scripts) to interact with the App without our permission; or
• use the App in any way that violates the Terms of Service, applicable law, or the rights of others.

3. Reporting and enforcement

• Reporting. If you see content or conduct that violates this AUP, use the in-App reporting tools or contact us at legal@jamzli.com. You can also block other users.
• Our response. We may remove or restrict content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that violate this AUP. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the App. We may act with or without notice, and we are not obligated to monitor content but may do so.
• Legal reporting. Where required by law, we report certain content (including apparent child sexual abuse material) to the appropriate authorities.
